Section 1 Scope & Partnership

These terms govern all agreements and services provided by Albtech Group GmbH (in formation) to our clients.

Section 2 Deliverables & Scope

Deliverables consist of designing and developing custom high-conversion websites, mobile apps, and visual systems as specified in individual client quotes.

Section 3 Payments & Billing

Fees are specified in individual contracts. Unless noted otherwise, invoices must be settled within 14 days of receipt.

Section 4 License & Intellectual Property

Upon full clearance of invoices, the customer is granted the respective usage rights for the creative assets produced.
